NaNa Jiratchaya
I am Thai woman and I have lived in the United States for a little over a years. I taught myself how to cook three years ago and I fell in love with cooking and baking. My interest in cooking is not only in my native Thai cuisine but I also enjoy learning to cook in other cuisines. The first cuisine that I learned was Italian, I like it a lot. Italian cooking has stood out in a very unique way; it is simple but delicious and solace. When I started to learn about French cooking. I was intrigued when I read a French Cooking book and started to cook some of the dishes from the book. French cuisine is considering the master of all cuisines. America is a very diverse place with many cultures and many different cuisines. It is so much fun to try a new cooking everyday. Food is very big industry in the United States; every holiday and occasion, Food has played the big roll in everyday American life.
